Thank you for your interest in Downe House Riyadh.
We are accepting applications for boys and girls aged 2 – 9 (Nursery – Year 4) and applications for girls aged 9 – 18 (Year 5 – Year 12). We warmly invite you to submit an application or contact us if you have questions, or would like to arrange a tour of the school.
The pupil and their parent(s) complete the application process using our simple online form. The Admissions team will then be in touch to book an assessment. At this point we ask for important documentation, including school reports and family identification, where applicable. Prior to the assessment taking place, the school application fee and assessment fee must be paid in full. If you have any queries or would like to arrange a tour of the school, please contact the Admissions team who will be happy to help you.
We invite all potential pupils to Downe House Riyadh for an evaluation based on their age and stage of education. Pupils will complete an assessment and have an opportunity to meet with a Senior Leader and/or a member of the Admissions team.
If applicants are currently living abroad, our Admissions team will be in contact to arrange alternative assessment procedures.
Within one week, the Admissions team will contact the family regarding the results of the assessment. If successful, families will receive a formal offer in writing which will include details of the deposit required to secure the place, key dates and additional information that will be helpful for families when making their decision.
On formal acceptance of the offer (payment of deposit and signed acceptance), Downe House Riyadh will welcome you, and enrol your child as a new pupil. This then leads to a series of events and processes to initiate and integrate each pupil and their parents into the wider Downe House family, as preparation for a smooth transition and a positive start at the school.
